Learn about a real estate investing strategy that is relatively low risk and requires a considerably smaller investment amount compared to other more advanced strategies. This makes wholesaling both an appropriate starting point for beginners as well as a way for more experienced investors to acquire capital for other investments.

About Our Speakers:
Todd has worked as both an environmental and real estate consultant. He was the organizer for an investors club in California for almost 5 years before moving to Central NY. He is currently preparing for the NYS Real Estate Salesperson Exam. Both Todd and Jason are members of the OCREIC. |
