Annie Laurie Hunter of Ardent Home Inspections is our speaker for November
She brings years of experience to us to help us make informed decisions
on property to purchase. She is the 2018 recipient of the Gregg Howard award of excellence, the highest honor in the Central New York chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
She has presented to our group before and she went over home inspections in great detail. Bring your questions and your friends to hear this experience home inspector go through detailed inspections of properties. If you have any past home inspections you have questions about please bring them also.
At the beginning of every month's meeting 3 attendees can
present a pitch for up to 5 minutes each for something they either want to sell or buy.
We have pizza and drinks for $6 for anyone who wants to eat at the meeting.
